This policy applies to all property purchases, investment packages, and related services offered by Destiny Point Realty in partnership with PWAN.

2. No “Product Returns” – Real Estate Context

Unlike physical goods, real estate properties cannot be “returned” once the sale or transfer is completed. Instead, we provide a clear process for refunds or cancellations in cases where they are applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel your investment or purchase within [X days — e.g., 7 working days] of initial payment and before documentation is processed.

  • Project Non-Delivery: If the property or service paid for cannot be delivered due to reasons within our control.

  • Administrative and processing fees

  • Documentation or legal fees already incurred

  • Survey or allocation fees once services have been initiated

5. Refund Process
